Why UX Research?
Ethical implementation of AI requires that the tasks and artifacts of the digital landscape (UI & UX) continually bend towards human motivations- at the population level. This is so that the capacity of an experience can aim to be good for all humans- which is to a significant extent, a matter of having predicted the correct narrative about what difficulties the user is likely to encounter.
Essentially, what we want to know is:
How can humans be Doing Stuff Better?
(Because we haven't trained a robot to do it yet. JK ;)
